BenchApp Schedule Sync lets you use your league's calendar link to bring games into BenchApp and keep track of changes. We'll notify you whenever there's a change.
What you need
An iCal, ICS, or WebCal URL from your league schedule page.
Access to BenchApp on the web. Schedule sync setup is currently web-only.
A BenchApp PRO subscription.
How to start a sync
Find and copy the calendar URL from your league's schedule page.
In BenchApp, go to Schedule.
Open the Add menu and choose Sync Schedule.
Paste the calendar URL into the Calendar URL field.
Click Start Syncing
💡 Tip: If your URL starts with webcal://, BenchApp will convert it to a compatible web URL when you paste it.
What happens on the first sync?
We'll show you a list of all events that aren't on your BenchApp schedule yet, and let you import them instantly.
What happens after syncing?
When ongoing sync is enabled, BenchApp checks the calendar link for schedule changes. You'll be notified when events are added, updated, or removed so you can keep your team schedule accurate.
Have a spreadsheet instead?
If your schedule is in a CSV or Excel file, choose Import Schedule from the Schedule add menu.
