BenchApp lets you sync your team schedule directly to Google Calendar so game times and locations always stay up to date.
Step 1 — Get your BenchApp calendar link
Log in at benchapp.com
Go to your Schedule page
Click Subscribe to Calendar
Copy the calendar URL provided
Step 2 — Add it to Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar at calendar.google.com
On the left sidebar, click the + next to "Other calendars"
Select From URL
Paste the BenchApp URL and click Add Calendar
Your BenchApp schedule will now appear in Google Calendar and update automatically when events change.
⚠️ Heads up: Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to reflect new changes. This is normal — it's a Google limitation. If you need real-time updates, check your schedule directly in BenchApp or the app.
Events showing at the wrong time?
Ask your team manager to verify the team's timezone in Team Settings at benchapp.com.
