If your team is set to Youth class, parents and guardians can manage their children's attendance directly from their own BenchApp account — no need to share login credentials or switch devices.
⚠️ Note: Your team must be set to the Youth class for this feature to work. Only managers can change the team class on the Team Profile.
How to add your child to your account
Open the BenchApp app
Tap Account in the bottom navigation
Tap Family
Tap the (+) button and add your child
How to RSVP for your child
Once your child is added, you can set their attendance two ways:
Option 1 — From the game details screen:
Tap into a game
Use the dependant switcher above the IN/OUT buttons to select your child's name
Tap IN or OUT — optionally leave a note on their behalf
Option 2 — Switch to your child's account:
Tap Account → Switch Account
Select your child's account
You're now acting as your child and can RSVP, post to chatter, and more
