Introducing Family Members. Now parents and guardians can manage multiple children with a single BenchApp account, allowing them to switch between each child from their account screen.
⚠️ Note: Your team must be set to a Youth team for this feature to work. Managers can change the team class on the Team Profile.
How to add a child to a parents account:
Go to the Roster page and click on the child
Click on “Edit”
Scroll down to Family Members
Select which parents you want to assign to the child
Hit “Save”
That’s it!
