Drink Rotation helps teams share game-day drink duty without a manager having to track it manually.
Step 1: Open Drink Rotation settings
Go to Team Settings.
Open Drink Rotation.
Step 2: Choose how drinks should work
One player per game: BenchApp selects one player to bring drinks for each game.
Manually select who's on drinks: the manager chooses the player, and BenchApp counts it once the game begins.
Count drinks manually: the manager counts the number of drinks each player consumed.
No Drinks: hides drink tracking for the team.
Step 3: How BenchApp chooses the next player
When BenchApp is picking a player for drink duty, it looks for the person who has brought drinks the fewest times, skips players who are OUT, and then uses your selected sort order to break ties.
Step 4: What players and managers see
If game-day notifications are turned on, the selected player is notified that they are on drinks. Managers can also receive a push notification before the game when drink duty is counted.
π‘ Players can opt out from their own team settings by turning on Do not participate in drinks.
