How do automatic spare invites work?

When you want to send a mass e-mail to all your spares automatically, use the automatic spare invite system. If your max player count hasn't been reached, we'll send an invite to all your spares allowing them to check-in. Once your max has been reached, your spares have the option to join your waitlist.
