The waitlist gives players and spares a way to say they are available if a spot opens up.
When someone joins the waitlist
The event is full: a player can join the waitlist in case someone checks OUT.
A spare has not been invited yet: the spare can join the waitlist to show they are available.
What managers can do
Managers can accept or reject people from the waitlist at any time. This is useful when you need to fill a spot manually or choose a specific spare.
