If a player already uses BenchApp on another team, add them with the email address they use for that account and BenchApp links them to your team — no second account, no lost history.
This is for managers and assistant managers. The quickest route is still the join code; use this when you'd rather add them yourself.
Step 1: Add the player
Go to Roster.
Click Add (on the web) or tap + (in the app).
Choose Add Manually (web) or Add Someone Manually (app).
Step 2: Use their existing email
The player gets an email letting them know they've been added, and your team appears in their account right away.
Enter the player's Name.
In Email, enter the address already connected to their BenchApp account.
Choose their Type and click or tap Done.
