There are several ways to add players to your team on BenchApp. Pick whichever works best for you:
1. Share your team invite code (easiest)
Go to your Roster page and tap or click Invite Players to find your unique team code. Share it with your players — they can enter it in the app or at benchapp.com/join to join instantly.
2. Add players manually
Go to the Roster page and click Add → Add Someone Manually. Enter their name and (optionally) their email — they'll get a welcome email with login instructions automatically.
3. Import via CSV/Excel
Have a list of players in a spreadsheet? Upload it on the Import Players page to add your whole roster at once.
4. Import from a previous season
Starting a new season with the same crew? Go to the Roster page, click Add → Add from Another Team or Season to pull players from a previous season without re-entering anything.
