Use the "Player Checked Out After Check-In" notification when you want managers to know if a player backs out after they already said they were coming.

Step 1: Open notification settings
Go to Team Settings.
Open Notifications.
Step 2: Choose how managers should be notified
BenchApp can notify managers by email, push notification, SMS, or any combination your team uses.
Find the "Player Checked Out After Check-In" in the email, push, or SMS notification section.
Turn the setting on for each notification type you want to use.
Step 3: Let BenchApp watch for late check-outs
After this is turned on, BenchApp watches for players who were checked IN for at least 5 minutes and then switch to OUT.
When that happens, managers receive the enabled notification so they can find a spare, adjust the lineup, or follow up with the player before the event.
💡 If a player taps the wrong attendance status and fixes it right away, BenchApp waits 5 minutes before sending the manager notification.
