If a player is checked OUT even though nobody changed their attendance, the most common cause is email security software clicking links inside the reminder email.
Why this happens
Some email providers or security tools scan every link in an email to check for spam or viruses. If that scanner clicks the OUT link in a BenchApp reminder email, the player may be marked OUT.
What to check
Ask whether the player uses a strict corporate, school, or security-filtered email account.
Check whether the issue happens only for one player or one email domain.
How to fix it
Ask the player to use a different email address, such as a personal Gmail account, or have them check attendance from the app instead of email links.
