Bulletins are useful for team announcements that should stay easy for players, parents, or staff to find later.
Use this guide when you need to publish an announcement instead of sending a normal chat message.
Step 1: Open Bulletins
Open your team in BenchApp.
Go to Bulletins.
Step 2: Create the bulletin
Click or tap the button to create a new bulletin.
Add a title and message.
Step 3: Choose recipients and post
Choose recipients if prompted.
Post the bulletin.
Tip: Use a bulletin when the message should stay visible beyond a normal chat message. For quick back-and-forth discussion, use team chatter instead.
