The Media page collects photos and links shared with your team so they are easier to find later.
Use this guide when you want to view shared media or add a new photo, video, or link for your team.
Step 1: Open team media
Open your team in BenchApp.
Go to Media.
Step 2: Switch between media types
Use the Photos and Links tabs to switch between shared images/videos and shared links.
Step 3: Upload media
Click or tap Upload to add photos for your team.
Tip: Photos shared in team chat also appear in Media. If a manager deletes an image from Media, it is also removed from team chat.
