Use this guide when you don't want players' phone numbers and email addresses visible to the rest of the team.
This is for managers and assistant managers. When the setting is on, only managers and assistant managers can see contact details; players see names, positions and numbers but not phone or email. It's part of BenchApp PRO.

Step 1: Open Security & Privacy
Go to Settings (on the web it's in the team sidebar; in the app, open the menu at the top left and choose Team Settings).
Choose Security & Privacy.
Step 2: Turn on Hide Player Contact Details
The change applies immediately for everyone on the team; there's no Save button.
Turn on Hide Player Contact Details.
Tip: The same page has Team Chatter Access, which controls who can post in your team's Chatter.
