How do I access team chatter?

Find your team's group chat area on the app or web.

Team Chatter is BenchApp's built-in group messaging area for quick updates, team coordination, and everyday conversation.

Step 1: Open Chatter in the app

  1. Tap the Chatter icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap your team's name to open the team chatter.

Step 2: Open Chatter on the web

  1. Click Chatter in the left sidebar.

  2. Click your team's name to open the conversation.

Step 3: Use related Chatter tools

  • Polls: ask a question and collect structured responses.

  • Bulletins: post announcements that should stay easy to find.

  • GIFs: send a GIF in Chatter with /giphy.

Tip: Use Chatter for quick back-and-forth team communication. Use bulletins when the message should stay visible longer, and polls when you need tracked answers.
