To join a BenchApp team, you need the team's invite code or join link. Your team manager can send this to you.
Step 1: Get your team invite code
Ask your team manager for the team's invite code. It is usually six letters and numbers.

Step 2: Enter the code
Go to benchapp.com/join.
Enter the invite code your manager gave you.
Click or tap Continue.
Step 3: Confirm the team
Make sure the team name looks right before you continue.
If you are new to BenchApp, enter your name, email, and password, then choose Create Account & Join.
If you already have a BenchApp account, choose Log in and sign in to join the team.
Step 4: Start using the team
After you join, BenchApp opens the team so you can see the schedule, roster, messages, and attendance.
💡 Already signed in? BenchApp may add you to the team right after you enter the code and choose Continue. If the code does not work, check for typos or ask your team manager to resend it.
