You can cancel PRO from the place where you originally subscribed. After canceling, your team keeps PRO until the end of the current billing period.
If you subscribed on the web or Android
Open the team with the PRO subscription.
Go to Settings.
Open Subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
Share a cancellation reason and confirm.
If you subscribed through Apple
Open iOS Settings.
Tap your name or Apple ID at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Choose BenchApp Team Management.
Cancel the subscription.
What happens to your data
Canceling PRO does not delete your team or your data. You can resubscribe later if you want PRO features again.
