How to restore an Apple In-App Purchase

If you've upgraded to PRO through the iOS app, and your subscription isn't showing up, you'll need to do a "Restore" purchase.

  1. Open the iOS app and then open the sidebar

  2. Scroll down and tap on "Subscription"

  3. Tap "Upgrade" next to the team you want to have the PRO upgrade (if you have more than one team connected)

  4. Tap on "Restore" at the top right of the screen

If you have an active In-App Purchase subscription, BenchApp should take care of the rest.
