How to restore an Apple In-App Purchase

Restore a BenchApp PRO purchase made through Apple in-app purchasing.

If you upgraded through the iOS app and PRO is not showing on your team, restore the Apple in-app purchase.

Step 1: Open Subscription in the app

  1. Open the BenchApp iOS app.

  2. Open the sidebar.

  3. Tap Subscription.

Step 2: Choose the team

  1. Find the team that should have PRO.

  2. Tap Upgrade if prompted.

Step 3: Restore the purchase

  1. Tap Restore in the top-right corner.

  2. Wait while BenchApp checks your Apple subscription.
