When you subscribe to PRO and pay through the AppStore, our team will not be able to issue a refund for you. You will have to follow the steps below to submit a refund request directly to Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Log in with your Apple ID and password.
You will see a 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to BenchApp
Choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
We will be notified of your refund and your subscription will be canceled.
