When a player pays a fee outside BenchApp, you can record the payment manually so their balance stays accurate.
Step 1: Open Finances
Go to Finances.
Open the fee you want to update.
Step 2: Record the payment
Click or tap Record a Payment.
Enter the payment amount.
Choose how the player paid.
Click or tap Save.
💡 Use this when someone pays by cash, e-transfer, Venmo, cheque, or another method outside BenchApp.
