Yes. BenchApp can help remind players and spares when a team fee is overdue, so managers do not have to chase every payment manually.
When reminders are sent
BenchApp sends fee reminder emails on the due date, then again 3, 7, 14, and 21 days after the due date if the fee is still unpaid.
Step 1: Open Finances
Go to Finances.
Open the fee you want to review.
Step 2: Keep payment status up to date
If a player pays outside BenchApp, update the fee manually so reminders stop for that payment.
Accept credit cards
If your team has connected Stripe, players can pay eligible fees by credit card from the app or web. Learn more about accepting credit card payments.
