Accepting credit card payments does not cost the team anything upfront. A processing fee is added to the payment or taken out of the amount you receive, depending on your team settings.
Current credit card fee
The credit card processing fee is 3.9% plus 30¢ per transaction.
Example
If a player fee is $20 and the processing fee is added on top, the player pays $21.08.
Choose who covers the fee
In Team Settings → Fees & Finances, use Cover Payment Fees to choose how payment fees are handled.
On: the player pays the listed fee, and the processing fee comes out of the amount you receive.
Off: the processing fee is added on top of the player fee.
