If you've upgraded to PRO, you can use the text message attendance feature to allow your players check in or out of their games via text message, instead of e-mail.
This works great for those players that have a hard time checking their e-mail on time and gives a more direct connection to your players and their attendance.
How It Works
A test message is sent from BenchApp to the player asking them to respond with either IN or OUT
The player replies with "Y" or "N"
If the game isn't full, and they don't have to pre-pay, they can check in
If the game is full, they can opt to join the waitlist by replying with "wait"
