If your child is linked to your BenchApp account, you can help manage their attendance, payments, and team activity without sharing passwords or creating extra logins.
💡 If your child is not listed in your account yet, ask a team manager to link you as their parent or guardian. Managers can use Manage multiple children under one parent account.
Step 1: Check that your child is linked
Log in to BenchApp.
Open your account menu.
Choose Account.
Open Family to see children connected to your account.
Step 2: Use the child switcher on events
When you open a game, practice, or team event, BenchApp shows a child switcher above the attendance buttons when you have children linked to your account.
Open the event.
Choose the child you want to respond for.
Set their attendance or complete any required payment.
Step 3: Switch into a child's account when needed
You can also switch into a child's account from your account menu. This lets you view BenchApp as that child and manage their team activity directly.
Open your account menu.
Choose the child you want to manage.
Use BenchApp normally while acting as that child.
What parents usually do most
Set your child's attendance for games and practices.
Pay your child's fees when the team collects payments through BenchApp.
