BenchApp allows parents to easily manage their children within the app or website. Once a team has been changed to the Youth class on the Team Profile, parents can be added as Spectators or Staff. Only team managers can change the class of a team.
⚠️ Note: Your team must be set to a Youth team for this feature to work. Managers can change the team class on the Team Profile.
How does this work?
Once a parent or guardian has been added to a team, they can easily add their own children or dependants to the team.
How do add a child to your account:
Tap on "Account" in the tab bar (On iOS or Android; coming soon to web)
Tap on "Family"
Tap the (+) button and add your child or children
How to RSVP for your child:
Go to the Game details for the child's team
Select their name from the RSVP area
Set their status to IN or OUT
Optionally add a note
