The Parent/Guardian feature allows you to link parents and guardians to their children/dependants.
How to add a Parent/Guardian
Make sure you're logged-in as a manager or assistant manager
Go to the Roster page/screen and click/tap on the Child/Dependant
Click/tap on the "Edit" button
Scroll down to "Family Members"
Expand the "Parents/Guardians" section
Select one or more parents/guardians
Hit save!
That's it!
Now when that parent logs in, they can switch to their child's account and set their status, update their profile, and anyone else they might need to do for this child.
They'll also receive emails and text messages asking them to set their child's status.
All from a single parent email account.
