Attendance emails are sent to players who have not checked IN or OUT yet.
Default send time
Attendance emails are sent 3 or 5 days before each game at 8:00 AM in your team's timezone by default.
Change the timing
Go to Team Settings.
Open your reminder or notification settings.
Adjust the attendance email timing.
