Use this guide when a team you're on has wrapped up, or you've moved on and don't want it in your account any more.
This is for players and managers alike. Leaving only removes the team from your account — your teammates keep it. If you're the manager and want to remove the team for everyone, that's Team Settings → Danger Zone → Delete team instead.
Step 1: Open your team settings
Go to Account, then Teams.
Choose the team you want to leave.
Step 2: Leave the team
The team is removed from your account right away; your past attendance and stats stay with the team for your former teammates.
Scroll to the bottom, to Danger Zone.
Click or tap Leave team forever.
Type LEAVE to confirm and continue.
