Can I import my season from an Excel or CSV file?

Upload a CSV or Excel schedule file and review events before adding them.

Yes. Use the schedule importer when your games, practices or team events are already in a spreadsheet and you don't want to add each one by hand.

This is for managers and assistant managers preparing a season schedule.

Step 1: Open the schedule importer

  1. Go to Schedule.

  2. Click Add (on the web) or tap + (in the app).

  3. Choose Import Schedule.

Step 2: Download and complete the template

  1. Download the Microsoft Excel or CSV template from the import screen.

  2. Fill in your events using the template's columns.

Step 3: Upload and review

  1. Upload your completed file — .csv, .xlsx and .xls are supported.

  2. Review the events BenchApp found. Opponents are matched to your existing opponent list where possible, and duplicates are flagged.

  3. Save the events to your schedule.
