BenchApp lets you subscribe to your team's calendar so it automatically updates whenever games or events are added, changed or removed.
This works for anyone on the team. Subscribe once from the web or the app, and every calendar app you connect stays in sync.
Step 1: Open Subscribe to Calendar
Go to Schedule.
On the web, click Subscribe to Calendar. In the app, tap the calendar icon with the + at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Subscribe to your team
Click or tap Subscribe next to your team.
Step 3: Choose your calendar app
Choose where you want the calendar:
Apple Calendar opens the subscription in Calendar on your Mac, iPhone or iPad.
Google Calendar opens Google Calendar with the feed ready to add.
Copy Webcal Link or Copy ICS Link copies the feed address so you can add it to Outlook or any other calendar app that accepts a subscription URL.
Tip: If you play on more than one team, each team appears in the list with its own Subscribe button, so you can add them one at a time.
Google Calendar — important note
Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to sync a newly subscribed calendar. This is a Google limitation, not a BenchApp one. If you just subscribed and don't see your games yet, wait a day and check again.
Events not showing up or not updating?
Make sure your team manager has set the correct timezone in Team Settings — a wrong timezone shows games at the wrong times. The timezone appears under your team's name in the Subscribe to Calendar sheet.
If you subscribed more than 24 hours ago and still see nothing, unsubscribe and subscribe again with a fresh link from BenchApp.
On Google Calendar, you can force a refresh by opening the calendar on the web and clicking the refresh icon next to the calendar name in the left sidebar.
