How do I create a public league website?

Share a public BenchApp league website with teams, schedules, standings, stats, and league details.

BenchApp can show your league on a public website with league details, standings, schedule, player stats, and teams.

Step 1: Open the league profile

  1. Click Settings in the league sidebar.

  2. Open Profile.

Step 2: Create the subdomain

  1. Find Subdomain in the Basic Information section.

  2. Enter the subdomain you want to use.

  3. Use letters, numbers, and hyphens only.

  4. Wait for BenchApp to save the change.

Your public league website uses this format: subdomain.benchapp.site.

For example, if your subdomain is demo-ba, your public league website is demo-ba.benchapp.site.

Step 3: Open the public website

  1. Click View site beside the Subdomain field.

  2. Review the public league website in the browser.

Step 4: Add the league content

  1. Use Teams to add teams and divisions.

  2. Use Schedule to add or import league games.

  3. Use Standings and Leaders to review the stats that will appear publicly.

Step 5: Share the website

  1. Copy the public website URL from your browser.

  2. Share it with players, parents, teams, or fans.

Tip: The public website updates from your league data. If something looks missing, check the Subdomain field in Settings, then review Teams and Schedule.
