How to reset your password
Go to benchapp.com in your browser (not the app)
Click Login, then Forgot password?
Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link
Check your inbox — open the email and click the link right away
⚠️ The reset link expires within a few minutes. Open it as soon as it arrives. If it shows "link expired," simply request a new one.
Not receiving the email?
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with — you may have used a different one
Your ISP or email provider may be blocking it — try a different email if possible
