Use this guide when you can't log in because you've forgotten your password.
This works from the web or the app. If you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple, you don't have a BenchApp password — use the matching Continue with… button on the login screen instead.
Step 1: Ask for a reset link
On the login screen, click or tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address you signed up with and choose Send Reset Link.
Step 2: Open the email
Check your inbox and open the email from BenchApp.
Click the link right away and choose a new password.
Tip: The reset link expires within a few minutes. If it says "link expired", just request a new one.
Not receiving the email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with — you may have used a different one.
Your email provider may be blocking it — try a different address if you have one.
