Managers can take an event off the schedule. If players need to know the event is off, cancel it so BenchApp notifies everyone who checked in.
This is for managers and assistant managers.
Step 1: Open the event
Go to Schedule.
Click or tap the event you want to remove.
Step 2: Cancel or remove
Read the confirmation carefully — removing an event also removes its attendance and any stats attached to it.
Scroll to the bottom of the event page.
Choose the action you want:
Cancel Game & Notify — keeps the event on the schedule marked as cancelled and tells players it's off.
Remove Game — deletes the event without sending an automatic notice.
Tip: League-controlled games can't be removed from your team's schedule; contact your league manager instead.
