On June 15th, BenchApp swapped the way refunds work for player payments. Before this date, whenever a refund to a player was done, the money would come out of BenchApp instead of the manager that received the initial payment. We gave decided to cover these original incorrect costs instead of trying to recoup them from our managers, but this has required us to change the way refunds work.
Old Way
A manager charges a player $20
The player pays the $20
The player requests a refund
The refunded $20 would come from BenchApp and be sent to the player
The manager would keep the $20
New Way
A manager charges a player $20
The player pays the $20
The player requests a refund
The refunded $20 comes from the manager's balance
