How do I assign staff to league events?

Assign referees, linesmen, scorekeepers, and timekeepers to a league event.

Use the event Staff card to assign league officials and game staff to a specific event.

Step 1: Open the event

  1. Click Schedule in the league sidebar.

  2. Click the event you want to update.

Step 2: Open Assign Staff

  1. Find the Staff card on the event details page.

  2. If no staff are assigned yet, click Assign Staff.

  3. If staff are already assigned, click Change Assigned Staff.

Step 3: Choose staff for each role

  1. Use Referees to select referees.

  2. Use Linesmen to select linesmen.

  3. Use Scorekeepers to select scorekeepers.

  4. Use Timekeepers to select timekeepers.

Step 4: Save the assignments

  1. Review the selected staff. A checkmark shows who is selected.

  2. Click Save.

Tip: If no eligible people appear under a role, add them from League Staff first, then return to the event and assign them.
